I don’t mean financially, I mean emotionally. Do you really know who they are?

Do you know about your client who has struggled for years?

About the one who is launching his own first-ever non-profit organization from the bottom up?

Do you know why he is doing that? What drives him?

Do you know about the young mom who just bought your eBook who is trying so hard to balance it all? The baby? The business? Gaining Leads?

Why do you think it is so important to know who your clients are? One a personal level?

Just some thoughts for today.
